Leadership.

There's many kinds of leaders. Some, lead silently and make huge sacrifices unconditionally. but, their hearts are hardly heard. Some, do everything passionately.very passionately. But, spaces and chances are not given to others. Some lead alone, and demand perfect. But, their ways are fearful and hardly followed. Some always go with what people do, or say. But they will never have a significant presence. Some try, and try. And try to be what they'r not. And missed all the purposes of doing what they're doing. Some are fierce, so fierce that they don't even know why. Some are trying. But trying too hard, and it became an act of seeking attentions. Some, blur. And always forgot their responsibilities. Some, judge. And judge. Without knowing people are judging them too.

And, above all. Every leader tells a story, about what lays behind leading. The price that is demanded without sirens. Infinity pain. Judgement.

Attentions, or behind the scence?
Flame, or loser?

I respect rules. eventhought it demanded my pride so many times. I hated the way ppl judge, but i know that's what makes me who i m.

Leaders, are followers.

Even when the sitting back is hard.
