Last week was, crazy.=I
Election week,and..yeap. Lots of 'true colors' of authorities and students were shown.
Scary enough;
ugly enough.
I realized that somehow along the way, I've included myself in siding one of the parties unknowing-ly. Instead of being what we Christians are called to: stand in the
gap?
What defines 'right?
To protect relationships; or stand for what
morally,ethically right?
I'm quite sad and tired with the situation perhaps, so corrupted.=='
That morning. I smell something fishy.
Disgusted by the fact that, I've no control; and even authorities have no
conscience concerning what's right or wrong.. what's more for the students? Ahh, crazy world.
Though, today as I'm blogging.
Realize it does make sense to not
blame people who do 'bad', even authorities. After all, they might not learn about the values taught in church. What we assumed as basic human ethics or common sense might not be favored nor acknowledged by the world.
So yeap. Election week was over-whelming.
Saw lots; got disappointed; got happy.=D
Time to get back to work and not be distracted.
清醒点吧..

I learnt a new, special word.-[Coram Deo]
It means 'In the presence of God'.. :)
This little word alone helped a lot.
Dunno why, I realize the older I grew, the more I know about the
conditions of humans' heart and even mine, the harder I find myself getting along with people around.
Last weekend was
crazy. Marathon.
First was school, then YF band practice. YF..,
Followed by Change Your World Quest.
Then Sunday, I worship led in church :) ..then gotong-royong.
Almost pengsan.haha :P
I was worn off. But they were worthwhile. Reallllly!
Today, I find myself feeling much more relieved.
What a huge difference: an
unforgiving heart and calm spirit.
Today went back to SMCC to collect some sijils.
It has been quite some time since we got to feel the kind of school-ish calm atmosphere. Seriously, miss the fresh taste of
true friendship.
I guess it's true that our
background determines a lot of who we're, how we behave. And yup, we can't blame any party for the many bad behaviors we have.
I'm grateful that though it isn't perfect, I had places like SMCC, YF, MSSJ-s to
grow. I know better than anyone, I wouldn't be who I'm as for those influences.
Enough of grumping; enough of 'how I wish..'
Weeks of marathons prevail a lot of my darker sides.
But I know. Not fame lasts, no power as great as His.
So, yup. Life goes on. =D
[Your
grace is sufficient for me.]

pengguna trip
On 12:28 PM , Sunday, August 15, 2010
I missed another YF, for two weeks in a roll.
I decided to go for the pengguna trip, knowing I don't have much time left to be with school people. Soon, exams and time to
leave school? =(
Had a great time in the bus, haha.
Playing Mafia and
singing our way home.
The many many songs and the dark-moving highways, brought back lots of
memories. We took off at 5a.m, came home at 12:45am.
We went to Berly's chocolate factory, a recycling company's factories and Mid-valley.
To know how things are made, in real, it's was awesome! Though, I guess one of the hardest things to eat up is to see the
lives of the factories' workers. They are sort of isolated and grounded in still air to work.==' Many appeared to be
numbed with their respective duties etc. I can't help it to wonder lo, so this is life?
I started to question
fairness of life.
To have people being so rich and spend as the Mid-valley shoppers; and few hours of drive away, people living without much luxuries.
Why must some people get more and some, less?
What a long day.
Much
thinking was done; much was saw.
Perhaps this'll be the last trip, travelling under school's authorities etc.
One of those times.
I realize how hard it's to define 'great' in reality.
Those who are well-paid, raising good family..?
Or those who accepted life even if life isn't glamorous?
[
The Lord promises to bring us through storms and even the darkest night.]
Greatly convicted that many do need this piece of truth.
Feel blessed, for it. =)

dreams
On 11:22 PM , Wednesday, August 11, 2010
Somehow, I been having dreams as long as I sleep.
Not just normal dreams, but really detailed and real dreams.
Some days, I would wake up and instantly lose track of time.
Not sure whether I'm awake for school or after my afternoon nap.=='
Almost everyday I think, I need some time to differentiate what's real and re-install reality into my mind etc,..
I guess, It has been tough.
Live life, not knowing what tomorrow brings about.
Not knowing what to stand by, what to react.
And. To think that people I see everyday for now will be off to any possible locations around the world in a year time, scary.
Those jaga-ing, lecture-ing, Compulsory-ing time..TT
People whom I worship, laugh with in YF, church, Sunday Games;
People whom I shed much tears with.
I don't like growing up.
Burdening, yet it's the way it should be, eh? :)
'no point searching for knowledge, not knowing what you've missed out'
也许碎片才能让回忆展颜 何妨瓷花拼凑明天
情雾只是经过 风雨中且让我盈步.

kukup
On 4:07 PM , Sunday, August 08, 2010

Finally came home after going to
Kukup and meeting up with my sister in Johor Bahru.
Well, we thought we were there for holidays etc..but it was actually sort of a camp for a health company. We were like the odd family without knowing the others and, I'm the only youth?==' haha! though, had quite a
relaxing time walking around the village and looking into their kampung houses.=)
Felt so
not-belonged.
Not knowing where to find refuge.
Though, spent much time writing little letters for people :D
When we were jalan-jalan-ing around the local housing area, saw a dog
fell down to the watery land. The water was rising and it was trying to find its path to get up. One local auntie and daughter passed by. They stopped by and tried to ask for help or do something. A couple passed by and they said: "don't worry,
someone will save it.." thus continued walking.
Someone else will do it?
Something that I see from the people there is that we have
time for each other. They have time to care; they have time to play ping-pong, run around together. Not like us, trying to find ourselves a place in University, barely gasping for fresh air..?
Though, I do believe that every mind has its
dreams.
Perhaps, deep inside the simplest-possible lifestyle, they do desire some excitement, a glimpse into the 'real' world.
A sudden realization that I'm
growing up apace.
Met with my sister, and really miss the days to be under someone's shelter. To have her listening to my stories.
But I know, people have to grow up. So do I.
Few months to go...JIAYOOU! :D
