After a quite interesting, bumpy trip to Kahang,
Watched Thor with Josie.

It was one of those wow movie. Inspiring enough.
To me, those characters brought a good message.
Scenes include Thor being ambitious and arrogant, or when he called his father a stupid fellow, or when the 'hammer' came back flying to Thor. And of course, when Thor chopped off the bridge to save the kingdom, despise knowing he'll not see his loved one again by doing so.

Loved the plot. Loved the jokes.
It reminds me a lot on how our Father in heaven disciplines and trains us. Sometimes just when we're eager to conquer the world, He, knowing our biased intentions, makes us powerless by tearing down our pride ba. Not to humiliate us but out of love?

Only when we're finally ready, worthy for power, power will come.
Only when we're worthy of it.

Humility and power.
They contradict. Though if finely blended, things change.

Somehow, i kinda understand the message in a much painful way. Though knowing He does things out of love, just can't help it to secure only when I dominate. Urgh.

I agree. It isn't pride that's busy dragging us down.
It's we who never let go of it.
